In 2008 China Mechanical Parts upgraded their facility with a new investment casting foundry that includes two 250 kg. and two 100 kg. melting furnaces, able to produce an annual output capacity of approximately 300 tons, in carbon steel, brass, alloy and stainless steel.
KIC has also has new state of the art Low Pressure and Gravity Feed Aluminum Die Casting facility.
Their new foundries are supported by an in house mold making facility which takes advantage of 27 years of experience in precision mold making, utilizing the latest Siemens NX software and a highly experienced engineering team and high precision mold making machinery.
In addition, China Mechanical Parts has a Precision Machining Center with 25 advanced CNC Milling, Turning and Grinding Machines, along with an in-house Metal Treatment Center to provide surface treatment, heat treating, electro polishing, plating, etc and a state of the art lab to do advanced testing of the finished products
